DSE 103 PCC Starter Kit
The PCC will hold one battery, one atomizer, as well as 4 DSE 103 cartridges. The DSE 103 battery screws into the PCC, and then the PCC itself plugs into a wall socket for charging. It takes a brand new battery to charge 8 full hours the first time. Any charge after that is only for 2 to 3 hours. As long as you have an outlet near you, you can charge anywhere while indoors. As a reminder, any cartridges are refillable with our eliquid. Order a bottle to refill your cartridges and make them last a little while longer.
